After a week that brought us a double eviction, several punishments, and a THRILLING clip show, Jenny & Colin are together in person to recap Big Brother 19. We always have more fun podcasting in person, so enjoy this extra special episode!
BB19? How about DD19! We formally propose that David & Dania take over as hosts, executive producers, and all houseguests for the remainder of the season. They would quick-change from role-to-role blindsiding each other and the audience with their magical outfits. Our fashion correspondent could barely keep up!
A week of Big Brother also happened this week, and yes we do talk about that after spending a long-change discussing our new heroes David & Dania.

Sorry for missing last week faithful listeners, Jessica used the Halting Hex on us. Anyway, we are back to recap both week 5 and 6. This episode has everything, with a 2 hour plus run time we dive into all the biggest events, character developments, and of course many a tangent. Enjoy!
After a long weekend of traveling for both Jenny & Colin, your hosts have returned home for the latest recap of Big Brother 19. This week included chants, raps, a battle back, two very list-able Julie Chen outfits, and the new breakout star of the show: guy yelling about being late for yoga during the HOH competition. So give this episode a listen and don't use your "halting hex rise" spell to stop it!
I turned on my TV to watch this Sunday's episode of Big Brother and Cody wasn't there. I don't care... Just kidding, I do care! (Side note: Cody doesn't know what kidding is.) This week we lost one of the biggest characters from the first three weeks of Big Brother 19, but Julie thankfully announced that there will be a battle back where he or another evicted houseguest will return this Friday.
Your hosts, Jenny & Colin, recap all the drama surrounding the Cody eviction, the latest HOH and nominations, and a very condiments-heavy update on the live feeds. Also, there are several 10-minute-ish tangents about absolutely nothing!
After a week that saw HOH Cody nominate about a third of the house, his final target ended up being saved by her allies. Colin & Jenny are here to break down all the madness heading into the eviction, as well as what has happened since. Plus we had the start of a Candy Crush-themed HOH competition, which we will get into the results of in our feeds-section (at the end). Listen in and let us know what you think in the comments or on Twitter.
New this season in the Reality TV Hangover lineup is our weekly Amazing Race Canada Power Rankings. Jenny and Colin will go head-to-head weekly by ranking the teams of The Amazing Race Canada Season 5 - and at the end of the season, we will declare a winner! How, you ask? By tallying two different scores: 1) How many of our weekly picks match the placement in the following week's leg of the race, and 2) How many times we ranked a team in the place they actually finish. Each correct pick will be worth a point. Shouldn't we have started this last week? Yes definitely, but you know us, our lives get in the way sometimes. No points for anyone in Leg 1.
After reading/watching the preseason cast bios and diving into the first episode, which saw our ten teams travel from St. John's, Newfoundland to Vancouver, BC, we are both feeling incredibly confident about our picks. (Hey we're Canadian, that must give us some authority here.) After the first episode and the [spoiler alert] elimination of Funeral Directors/Mother-and-Son Deb & Aaron, here's how we would rank the teams, along with a quick take on each:
In a jam-packed first week of Big Brother 19, we saw the entrance of a returning player, the exit of two houseguests, and the first ~*~Den of Temptation~*~. We are back to recap all the big stories and find out how wrong our pre-season predictions are. Plus (as always during Big Brother) at the end of the podcast, we dive into what's happening on the live feeds to keep you up-to-date.
Reality TV Hangover is back for another summer of twists, takeovers, and temptations as we head into Big Brother 19. But first, we are here to draft all the new houseguests. Last season was full of friendship, so what will this summer bring? As Julie says, expect the unexpected. And as Big Jeff says, would you rather fight a giant mosquito and get beat up or maintain your current relationship with mosquitos? ...We don't know what he's talking about either. So get your high school mascot charades routine ready and dive into our season preview for #BB19
After a season full of Game Changing twists, characters, and moments, we have finally reached the end of Survivor Game Changers. In our recap of the finale, we dive into Advantagegeddon, the new jury format, the final 6, and of course, our winner Sarah Lacina. Then we take a look back at the season as a whole and look forward to Survivor Heroes v Healers v Hustlers. Sit back and enjoy our final Survivor Game Changers podcast!
